PHOS-10 is the machine which do phosphating (creating a protective layer that enhances corrosion resistance and paper adhesion) on the surface of nails.
Through this phosphating process by using of PHOS-10, the nails are cleaned and corroded with a metallic phosphate acid solution, and the layers of the nails become physically and chemically stronger.
This prevents nails rusting and provides very clean surface for better glue taping.
